Hey Joe, Thanks for the zip file! I would like to commend you on a superb job and writing style. I am a Newbie Investor interested in wholesaling to capitalize my new Biz. I have read Ron Legrand, Bill Bronchick, as well as others who are very GOOD, But when I got Your "Find and Assign" package I was BLOWN AWAY by the HUGE amount of GREAT "Usefull" Information and Tools.
I have been Taking Interactive Real Estate Training (ICS) for 6 Months Now, But have been trying to piece it all together. With your package, this has not been a problem. Thank you so much! Looking forward to the CD also!

I was one of those unfortunate people to attend a $4000 RE Boot Camp. It was OK for the most part, except the people running it rushed us all through it without spending time making certain we understood all of their concepts… They used words and phrases like we should’ve known what they were already. The written materials were almost adequate. I would’ve LOVED to have their additional add-ons, but I already spent a HUGE chunk of money on them already! One would think that they would include all that for what we paid them. Your forms and materials however filled in some of the most important missing pieces!
